Mulgrave Country Club is seeking Gaming Attendant(s) to join our team on a casual basis. This is an exciting opportunity to work in the thrilling gaming environment of our club located in Wheelers Hill, Victoria.
What you'll be doing:
- Providing friendly and efficient customer service to our gaming patrons
- Monitoring gaming machines and assisting customers with machine-related queries and issues
- Performing cash handling duties, including deposits and payouts
- Ensuring the gaming floor is kept clean, tidy and well-presented
- Adhering to all relevant legislation, regulations and internal policies governing gaming operations
- Assisting with other duties as required to support the overall operations of the club
What we're looking for:
- At least 1 year's experience in a gaming role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service
- Familiarity with gaming machines and the ability to troubleshoot minor technical issues
- Attention to detail and the ability to accurately handle cash transactions
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
- A current Responsible Service of Gambling (RSG) certificate or willingness to obtain one
- An additional bonus is if you have a current TAB qualification
