We are seeking a skilled MIG Aluminium Fabricator/Welder to join our dynamic team as a vehicle bodybuilder. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of welding techniques and be proficient in working with aluminium. This role requires attention to detail, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to fabricate and assemble components accurately. The MIG Welder will play a crucial role in ensuring high-quality production standards are met.
Duties:
- Perform MIG welding on aluminium, ensuring strong and clean welds, to a high quality.
- Assemble fabricated parts according to specifications.
- Utilise hand tools and power tools effectively to complete welding tasks.
- Maintain stringent quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines while adhering to safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are stored properly.
Experience:
- Proven experience in MIG welding aluminium.
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and safety practices in a workshop environment.
- Previous experience working with aluminium.
