Mulberry is seeking a Head of Merchandising for the UK & EU to drive full-price growth and ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels. This 12-month contract role reports to the Head of Merchandising and Directors of Retail, UK & EU, focusing on inventory, promotions and market performance.
You will lead a UK merchandising team, collaborate with Digital, Retail and central teams, and manage budgets, forecasts and KPIs to deliver profitability and growth in the UK market.
