The Sourcing Manager leads the sourcing and supply of accessories categories, ensuring products are delivered on time, at cost and quality standards, in line with business demand and launch deadlines.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage the placement of all bulk finished good production purchase orders for leather goods accessories, jewellery, stationery, eyewear, sunglasses, lifestyle extension and soft accessories.
- Manage the production critical path, ensuring suppliers manufacture on time and solve issues to keep on‑time delivery.
- Manage the raw material supply base for the accessories collection, ensuring timely delivery of raw materials for UK and offshore factories.
- Negotiate raw material prices with suppliers on a seasonal basis and create a raw material pricing summary for the seasonal pricing meeting.
- Coordinate with factories to communicate business capacity and forecast raw material needs.
- Control agile raw material stock placement to support core and seasonal orders.
- Place packaging and consumables orders in line with business requirements.
- Ensure accurate data input into business systems and report delivery status to meet business needs.
- Lead and develop the purchasing team, setting objectives and driving performance.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned to cost, quality and delivery objectives.
- Own supplier performance and drive continuous improvement.

- Strong commercial acumen, negotiating pricing, understanding cost drivers, supporting margin optimisation.
- Experience managing supplier relationships and driving continuous improvement.
- Understanding of production processes and critical path management, mitigating risks to ensure on‑time delivery.
- Confident working with data and internal systems such as MRP/ERP to support forecasting, planning and decision making.
- Effective people leadership, motivating and developing teams, setting expectations and driving performance outcomes.
- Strong stakeholder management, building relationships and influencing cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, with a proactive and solution‑oriented approach.
Location
The role is based in London with regular travel to Somerset and overseas factories.
