The Role: At Mulberry, production is about more than delivery: it’s about craftsmanship, partnership and making things Made to Last. The Production Manager plays a pivotal role in bringing our RTW collections to life, owning the end-to-end production journey while building resilient, responsible supply chains rooted in quality, transparency and long-term relationships. Working closely with our creative, technical and supply partners, the role ensures each product meets our standards of craftsmanship, ethics and sustainability, delivered on time and to plan.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the seasonal Production Time & Action calendar, ensuring key milestones are clearly communicated and met.
- Lead all production orders and re-orders, from PO approval through to inbound delivery, with a clear focus on accuracy, quality and timely execution.
- Partner closely with the Logistics team to plan deliveries, organise supplier pick-ups and maintain smooth inbound flows.
