The Global Retail Operations Executive plays a vital supporting role within Retail Operations, ensuring the smooth delivery of operational standards, processes, and administration across all global retail stores. This role is focused on execution, coordination, and support. You will ensure store teams have the tools, information, and guidance they need to deliver exceptional day-to-day operations. Viewing store teams as key internal customers, you will help make operational processes simple, efficient, and easy to follow—freeing up store teams to maximise time with our customers. The ideal candidate is collaborative, curious, and hands-on. They will enjoy solving problems, supporting others, and ensuring operational excellence behind the scenes. They take pride in helping store teams deliver exceptional experiences.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for day-to-day Global Retail Operations queries, ensuring timely resolution by liaising with relevant internal partners.
  • Ensure operational tasks and processes are simple, consistent, and efficient for stores to follow.
  • Oversee and execute administrative tasks including uniform orders, office supply requests and operational housekeeping.
  • Support system administration needs for store teams, including troubleshooting and coordinating with internal technical teams.
  • Provide day-to-day system support for clienteling tools, including basic troubleshooting, user guidance, and preparing system-related reports.
  • Co-ordinate and monitor the provision of Omni-channel services from our stores, sharing performance insights with key stakeholders.
  • Work with regions to collect information and maintain Global Retail Operations procedures, policies and reference documentation.
  • Maintain accurate global store contact lists and operational databases.
  • Assist with the creation, distribution, and maintenance of retail reports, including performance, operational compliance, and KPI-related reporting.
  • Support the Global Retail Operations Manager by preparing clienteling reports, distributing guidance, and collating feedback from regions.
  • Maintain regular reporting rhythms and ensure templates and trackers are kept up to date.
  • Ensure clear, engaging and timely communication of all Retail Operations updates via intranet, Teams, and other internal channels.
  • Develop strong, proactive communication with store teams to understand their needs and ensure operational consistency.
  • Ensure communication is clear, concise, and audience-appropriate, making it easy for store teams to understand and action.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Regional Leadership Teams to track issues, concerns, and progress.
  • Minimum monthly store visits (UK) to ensure up to date knowledge and experience of store environments is maintained.
  • Liaise with external suppliers to support day-to-day operational needs.
  • Support project documentation, timelines, and follow-ups, ensuring all actions are completed accurately.
  • Support global teams with the new store opening process ensuring project plans are maintained and all relevant retail operations tasks are executed accurately, on time and in the most cost-effective manner.
  • Collaborate with Training and Retail teams to support retail conferences, masterclasses and operational training initiatives.
  • Assist in identifying opportunities to simplify ways of working and share practical suggestions with the Global Retail Operations Manager.
  • Maintain and update global security procedures and best practices.
  • Log, track, and report security incidents, escalating where needed.
  • Manage security bookings and ensure documentation is up to date.
  • Support regions with accurate documentation and follow-up relating to loss prevention requests or incidents.
  • Coordinate global stocktakes and provide administrative support to regional teams.

  • Previous in-store retail experience essential.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment with shifting priorities.
  • Strong communication skills; able to engage effectively with store teams and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Proactive problem-solver with an execution-focused mindset.
  • Ability to simplify information and present it clearly.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, especially Excel.
  • Confident working with data, reports, and performance metrics.
  • Experience with retail systems, POS technology, or related platforms (advantageous).
  • Experience in multi-store or multi-market environments (advantageous).
