We are seeking a strategic and hands-on PR & Communications Manager to lead both internal and external communications while driving global brand visibility. This role will be responsible for managing PR agencies across key markets, shaping consistent messaging, and ensuring high-quality media coverage that aligns with business objectives. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with excellent organisational skills, experience in international PR coordination, and a data-driven mindset to monitor performance and optimise results.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • PR & Media Relations
    • Develop and execute comprehensive PR strategies to enhance brand awareness globally.
    • Oversee the creation and distribution of press packs and media alerts.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, media outlets, and industry stakeholders.
    • Good knowledge of media landscape and keeps abreast of developments across media platforms and titles to inform the comms plan.
    • Manage and coordinate incoming media enquiries for brand spokespeople.
  • Agency Management
    • Lead and coordinate external PR agencies across global markets.
    • Set clear objectives, KPIs, and deliverables for agency partners.
    • Monitor agency performance and ensure alignment with global brand strategy.
    • Manage budgets and ensure cost-effective delivery of PR activities, content & press toolboxes.
    • Collate and curate information for press materials, including press kits, fact sheets, and brand assets.
    • Ensure all communications materials are accurate, consistent, and on-brand.
    • Support product launches, campaigns, and events with high-quality PR collateral.
  • Internal Communications
    • Support on the development and delivery of internal communications strategies to ensure alignment across teams and channels.
    • Support on the creation of engaging internal content including announcements, updates, and leadership messaging.
    • Partner with senior stakeholders to maintain clear and consistent communication throughout the organisation.
  • Market Coordination
    • Collaborate with regional teams to adapt global messaging for local markets.
    • Ensure consistency in brand voice while accommodating cultural and market specific nuances.
    • Support market-specific campaigns and PR initiatives.
  • Reporting & Analysis
    • Produce regular reports to track PR performance, media coverage, and campaign objectiveness.
    • Monitor quality and reach of media placements globally.
    • Analyse data and insights to optimise PR strategies and demonstrate ROI.
    • Provide actionable recommendations to improve brand visibility and positioning.
