Job Overview
Mulberry Academy Shoreditch is recruiting new examination invigilators.
This is a casual engagement with flexible hours.
Pay is £14.80 per hour plus £2.29 holiday pay per hour.
The role is expected to start during the next exam season.
Responsibilities
- Set up and oversee exam sessions to ensure students perform at their best.
- Ensure the exam environment is controlled and that all necessary materials and equipment are ready.
- Check student identities, maintain exam integrity, and manage any disruptions.
- Maintain a calm, organised, and professional presence throughout the session.
- Work collaboratively with other staff as a committed team player.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Good interpersonal skills, punctual and reliable.
- Strong attention to detail and a calm, organised attitude.
- Will receive training; previous invigilation or related experience is valued.
- Must hold a satisfactory Enhanced DBS clearance – a condition of employment.
- Must meet the standard suitability requirements for regulated activity involving children.
