This is a 6 month FTC. This role is for 20 hours per week.

The Role: We are looking for an Administrator to support the Ready to Wear department. You will work cross-functionally to support the team in administrative duties, primarily supporting in inputting data into our ERP system, Prima, to ensure everything is accurate, efficient, and connected.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Raising POs & GRNs using the Prima ERP system ensuring accuracy across all system loaded supplier and product information.
  • Expediting all live POs with suppliers and updating supplier ship and due dates on Prima.
  • Create and update reports on delivery status and supplier OTIF for internal team analysis and wider business updates.
  • Setting up all product and component information required in Prima (e.g. long descriptions, tariff codes).
  • Provide information required to support the issuing of all Long-Term Supplier Declarations to support compliance team.
  • Setting up of any packaging items on Prima as required.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Ready-to-Wear team.

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to multitask.
  • Passion for fashion, particularly ready-to-wear and luxury retail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Experience using an ERP system is preferred.
