SCOPE OF ROLE:
We are looking for a bright enthusiastic craftsperson to join our busy Development team based at the Rookery. You will be working on new season products and get a good look at our new ranges. Put your skills and knowledge into creating Mulberry’s new products. Hand cutting will be required.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
· Continuous improvement – Ensure to share your skills and knowledge to support teams and always look for ways to improve processes
· Making specifications – Create a coherent making document for production use
· Timings – Work with the costings team to ensure an accurate time for new products
· Prototypes – Produce working prototypes to tight deadlines, whilst maintaining perfect quality
· Showroom Samples – Work flexible hours to achieve deadline for Handover with excellent quality
· Press Samples – Products for press events
· Production Exotics – Python, Alligator or Ostrich
· Special Requests – VIP bags
· Trials – New concepts
· Production Bags – Stitch
TEAM
· Participate in team meetings
· Work collaboratively with all teams
· Communicate well with other team members

Hours of work: 7:30am to 4:30pm Monday to Thursday and 7:30am to 12:30pm Friday
