We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Coordinator to join a growing team based in Yateley. Working across multiple engineering projects, you'll play a key role in ensuring everything runs smoothly, efficiently and safely – from initial planning through to installation, testing and commissioning. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with an engineering or manufacturing background who thrives on organisation, communication and keeping projects on track. What will you be doing? * Coordinating and administering multiple projects simultaneously, each at different stages of delivery. * Proactively chasing progress, managing deadlines and keeping projects moving forward. * Building strong relationships with customers, suppliers and internal teams. * Coordinating the timely delivery of materials and equipment to site. * Ensuring installation, testing and commissioning activities are completed safely, on time and within budget. * Arranging technical approvals for ordered equipment. * Preparing and coordinating method statements, risk assessments and lift plans. * Providing excellent customer service and keeping all stakeholders informed throughout the project lifecycle.
