My client who are based in Bracknell are seeking a Transport or Logistics Coordinator to join their team. We are ideally looking for candidates who have experience in Logistics, Transport or Shipping. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills and be able to build strong relationships with drivers.
Daily Duties:
- To prepare daily work schedule for vehicles
- Communicate with drivers
- Ensure that the performance of drivers is effectively managed
- Manage holiday schedules and time keeping of all drivers
- Identify and rectify any missed collections (manage the customers' expectations)
- To ensure all vehicles attend the scheduled service intervals
