We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Agent to join a fast-paced and dynamic team. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the voice of our clients, delivering outstanding customer support through inbound and outbound calls, email management, and administrative support. It is a busy and fast-moving campaign and will sometimes have quiet days. They are looking for someone to adapt to that environment. You will be working in a team and building relationships, so respect and kindness to your other colleagues and team leaders is a must!
Key Responsibilities- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Respond to high volumes of emails accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate data entry and meet quality standards.
- Meet daily and weekly performance targets.
- Escalate issues in line with company procedures.
- Support additional campaigns as required.
- Work flexible shifts, including weekends and overnights where needed.
- Previous customer service experience essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365.
