Temporary Administrator Location: Guildford Salary: £12-£13ph Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5pm Start Date: ASAP Our friendly client who are based in Guildford are looking for a Temporary Administrator to join their team for a period of 3 months with the potential to be extended. The ideal candidate will have strong administration experience and good attention to detail with also experience with dealing with contracts. Daily Duties Printing and filing documentation for contracts Using the franking machine to send out documentation Answer and resolve queries from Branch Office and Head Office team members Making sure that documents are correct and processing documentation Process a high volume of contracts and documentation and to enable the payment of their resellers invoices Identify inconsistencies with documentation and provide feedback to the relevant teams Must Haves Experience dealing with important documentations/contracts Good attention to detail
