My client is looking to appoint a Mortgage Administrator for an 18 month temporary to permanent contract in a busy Financial Services firm. This is an excellent platform role for anyone looking to build upon strong customer service and administrative skills in any sector, wanting to break into the Financial Services sector.
Your day to day will be supporting qualified mortgage advisors, collaborating on client mortgage applications and communicating closely with customers and industry lending partners to deliver excellent outcomes.
Responsibilities:- Manage a range of mortgage cases, from straightforward residential through to more complex lending.
- Work closely with a small group of mortgage brokers, building strong relationships and delivering a great experience for customers.
- Handle a busy and varied caseload, with clear structure, support, and opportunities to learn and develop.
- Collaborate with other professionals across the industry to help cases move smoothly from start to finish.
- Strong administrative skills with a good eye for detail.
- Previous office experience is helpful (mortgage or customer-facing experience is a bonus, but not essential).
