Role Purpose
Responsible for reviewing client cases to ensure the suitability and quality of financial advice. The role supports risk mitigation, regulatory compliance, and positive customer outcomes through effective file checking and feedback.
Key Responsibilities
- Review pre-sale client files to assess suitability of advice
- Ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements
- Identify risks, errors, or potential breaches
- Provide clear, constructive feedback to advisers and paraplanners
- Ensure remedial actions are completed within deadlines
- Monitor trends and escalate risks where necessary
- Maintain accurate records and meet productivity targets
- Work closely with internal teams including Compliance, Paraplanning, Training & Competence, and Technical teams
- Communicate effectively with advisers and stakeholders

Experience & Qualifications
