We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Service Desk Coordinator to support and manage day-to-day operations for our Fire and Security clients team. This full-time role is essential in coordinating engineer schedules, handling service requests, and ensuring excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities- Log and manage service requests via phone/email
- Schedule and dispatch engineers based on urgency and location
- Coordinate daily diaries and logistical support
- Communicate with clients, providing updates and resolving queries
- Support engineers and ensure equipment is ordered/booked
- Schedule services, quoted works, faults, and revisits
- Close completed jobs and assist with reporting
- Log complaints and assist with key account support
- Follow service procedures and suggest process improvements
