Sales Support Administrator Wimbledon £33,000 – £36,000 (+ bonus scheme) Permanent, Full time My client is looking for a Sales Support Administrator to join their busy department, they are a keen to take on candidates with experience with Microsoft Office or having used an ERP system (ideally Orliweb / Cegid) and/or Salesforce. This is a great opportunity for developing further experience and growth, with a great bonus scheme. Bonus – if you are a keen sports or tennis fanatic. Responsibilities Ensure the administrative processing of customer orders. Ensure stock availability and offer replacement products in case of shortages. Manage the customer relationship with a dual objective of quality and optimisation of the customer relationship Ensuring the interface between the customer and the various departments of the company Inform the customer about the stock status and current orders Respond to the customer\’s needs, while ensuring compliance with internal procedures Ensure the delivery of orders to their destination, including producing invoices Handle complaints related to transport or order preparation. Making proactive sales call to customers and campaigns to boost sales. Proactive monitoring of order portfolios with customers in order to carry out a personalized follow-up of our priority accounts Creation of regular reports to help the sales teams and the country manager in the management of the subsidiary\’s sales. Follow up on sell in campaigns by reporting on global sales / distribution networks / regions Sales analysis to extract the 20/80 of sales and products at risk of overstock Inventory analysis to guide sales or restocking campaigns on certain products by the sales team Experience/Certification You have experience in sales and negotiation techniques with clients Hold a Master\’s degree, or an equivalent qualification, bonus if related to Business Experience in Microsoft Office suite, with initial experience on an ERP (ideally Orliweb / Cegid) and/or Salesforce. Proficiency in French is a bonus (not required). Must be able to commute to Wimbledon
