Internal Sales Executive Location: Camberley (Office-based) Salary: £28,000–£32,000 per annum + Uncapped Commission (£200–£600+ per month) Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm Our client is recruiting for an ambitious and driven Internal Sales Executive to join a well-established and growing FMCG business based in Camberley. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building strong customer relationships, generating new business, and working within a fast-paced sales environment. The successful candidate will manage existing customer accounts, identify new business opportunities and work towards achieving sales and growth targets while delivering an exceptional level of customer service. Key Responsibilities * Manage and develop a portfolio of existing customer accounts to maximise sales opportunities. * Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and prospective customers. * Conduct outbound sales calls to generate new business opportunities and secure appointments. * Qualify leads, identify customer needs and develop sales opportunities. * Achieve monthly sales, margin and growth targets. * Increase revenue through upselling and cross-selling additional product ranges. * Work closely with the marketing team to support sales campaigns and lead generation activities. * Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity using internal systems. * Produce regular reports on sales performance, pipeline and business activity. * Monitor key business metrics and contribute towards team objectives. * Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of sales activities. * Carry out any additional duties required to support the wider sales team. Skills & Experience * Previous experience in an Internal Sales, Sales Executive, Telesales, Business Development or Account Management role. * Ideally at least one year's sales experience within a fast-paced commercial environment. * Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering results. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. * Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively. * Confident IT skills and experience maintaining accurate customer records. * Self-motivated with a proactive approach and a strong desire to succeed. * A-Level education or equivalent is desirable.
