The ideal applicant will have previous experience working within a hotel/conference center so that you can join the team ready to hit the ground running. You will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have excellent communication and organisational skills. As the Meetings & Events Senior Coordinator you will take pride in every aspect of your work, from dealing with initial enquiries to delivering amazing events for your clients.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to enquiries from companies or individuals who want to host an event at the hotel.
- Explain available meeting rooms, packages, catering options, and pricing.
- Be the first point of contact for clients and customers.
- Work with clients or managers to understand the purpose, size, and budget of the event.
- Confirm bookings.
