We are recruiting on behalf of a growing organisation seeking a Product Marketing Executive to support the development and promotion of a consumer-focused digital platform. This is a varied role that combines product marketing, digital content management, data analysis, customer insight, and digital product development. The successful candidate will help ensure the platform remains accurate, engaging, and aligned with customer needs while contributing to ongoing growth and improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop an understanding of customer needs, behaviours, and market trends.
  • Monitor and analyse digital performance metrics and customer engagement.
  • Produce reports and insights to support business decision-making.
  • Support digital marketing initiatives and work with external agencies where required.
  • Contribute to content creation and promotional activities across digital channels.
  • Maintain the accuracy and quality of product information and content across digital platforms.
  • Manage the collection, organisation, and uploading of product data and imagery.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure information remains current and accurate.
  • Monitor user feedback and identify opportunities to improve the customer experience.
  • Support the ongoing development and enhancement of digital products and services.
  • Work with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver improvements and new features.
