Salary: £26,000 – £28,000 per annum

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm - Hybrid working (2 days a week from home after probation).

Are you detail-driven with a passion for accuracy and process improvement? Join a fast-paced and collaborative Payroll Team as a Payroll Administrator. You’ll play a key role in ensuring timely and accurate payments for both PAYE and self-employed workers. From analysing client data and processing payment runs to generating reports and liaising with stakeholders, your contributions will directly impact service excellence.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage and import pay data across various schedules (weekly, fortnightly, monthly)
  • Ensure compliance with legislation and internal policies
  • Liaise with internal teams and clients to resolve queries
  • Generate reports and complete reconciliations
  • Support continuous improvement and maintain strong relationships across the business

What you’ll bring:
