We are looking for a proactive Logistics Coordinator to join a fast-paced, collaborative team. At its heart, this role is about creating seamless delivery experiences, making sure every order arrives on time, every detail is spot-on, and every customer feels informed and valued.
You will be the vital link between our workshop, warehouse, drivers, and customer service teams, keeping everything moving efficiently and stepping in to resolve challenges before they become problems. You will be part of a supportive, team-focused environment where your work genuinely makes a difference. Every delivery you coordinate contributes to a smooth operation and a happy customer.
Main responsibilities:- Plan and optimise delivery routes using our Stream system, based on workshop schedules.
- Coordinate customer deliveries, balancing efficiency with great service.
- Handle delivery rescheduling requests smoothly and professionally.
- Proactively review held orders and reconnect with customers to arrange delivery.
- Double-check next-day deliveries for accuracy across addresses, contacts, and order details.
- Monitor and adjust delivery routes and time slots, keeping customers informed of any changes.
- Manage the Deliveries inbox ensuring all queries are handled promptly and professionally.
- Be the friendly voice on the phone, supporting customers with delivery enquiries.
- Confident with systems and tech, you pick up new tools and software quickly.
