We are currently seeking an experienced Administrator to join a busy and fast-paced team based in Fleet. This is an ongoing temporary opportunity, working closely with the Tech Director, supporting key operational and administrative tasks. This role would suit a highly organised, proactive individual with strong administrative and Excel skills who is confident managing multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities- Providing direct administrative support to the Tech Director
- Processing orders accurately and efficiently using internal systems
- Managing and maintaining databases and records
- Preparing reports and documentation using Excel
- Handling correspondence and internal communications
- Supporting with general office administration tasks
- Ensuring all tasks are completed to a high level of accuracy and professionalism
- Strong previous experience in a senior administrative role
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including formulas, data management, and reporting)
- Experience with order processing and system-based administration
