You will take ownership of goods receiving, stock control, inventory accuracy, and warehouse organisation while supporting production, purchasing, accounts, and spares teams. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day receipt, inspection, and booking in of all goods entering the business.
- Sign for check deliveries against purchase orders and delivery documentation.
- Identify and report shortages, damages, or discrepancies to the relevant departments.
- Liaise closely with Purchasing regarding booking-in issues and purchase order discrepancies.
- Investigate invoice queries and work with the Accounts team to resolve issues.
- Prepare and kit works orders efficiently to support production requirements.
- Maintain accurate stock records.
