This is a hands-on and strategic role, responsible for developing and executing marketing processes from the ground up. You will focus on lead generation, content creation, digital engagement, and sales support, while building scalable marketing systems that align with commercial goals. Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute lead generation strategies to deliver qualified B2B leads
- Create technical marketing content including case studies, articles, and LinkedIn posts
- Manage the company’s LinkedIn presence and digital marketing activities
- Support the global sales network with marketing collateral and data-driven insights
- Coordinate trade show participation, including lead capture and post-event follow-up
- Maintain CRM data integrity and report on marketing performance metrics
- Contribute to strategic marketing projects that enhance brand visibility and market understanding
- 3–5 years’ B2B marketing experience, ideally within technical or industrial markets
