My client, a well-established personal injury firm based in Dorking, is looking to appoint an experienced and driven Personal Injury Solicitor to join their dynamic team. This role would suit someone with strong litigation experience, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to manage a busy caseload efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a caseload of Personal Injury claims including Road Traffic Accidents, Employers Liability, Occupiers Liability, Public Liability, and related matters
  • Handling fast-track and multi-track claims from pre-action stage through to trial and disposal
  • Developing and implementing robust litigation strategies while ensuring compliance within team processes
  • Using effective analysis, planning, scheduling, prioritisation, monitoring, and review processes to manage workloads
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case files at all times
  • Providing early warning to relevant parties regarding changing priorities and case developments

Skills & Experience Required

  • Qualified Solicitor or Barrister
  • Strong personal injury litigation experience is essential
  • Excellent drafting and written communication skills
  • Ability to meet time and billing targets consistently
  • Experience managing a busy caseload effectively
  • 2 years post-qualification experience desirable
  • Previous claimant personal injury experience desirable
  • Strong organisational and legal analytical skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines
