Location: Camberley

Salary: £28-£30,000 + Commission

Office Based: 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday

We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding team in Camberley. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, building strong client relationships, and delivering high-quality candidates across a range of roles. This position suits a driven, commercially aware individual with a proven track record in recruitment and business development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial client brief through to candidate placement
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Proactively source, screen, and interview candidates using a variety of methods
  • Write and post compelling job advertisements to attract top talent
  • Provide consultative advice to clients on hiring strategies, market trends, and salary benchmarking
  • Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process
  • Meet and exceed individual and team revenue targets
  • Maintain accurate records using CRM and recruitment systems
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and talent market insights
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or in a similar role
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and clients simultaneously
  • Strong business development and client management skills
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented
  • Proficiency in recruitment software and CRM systems
