Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 + bonus

My client who are based in Farnham are looking for a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join their team. We are looking for candidates who are Qualified Fee Earners/Solicitors or someone who is Qualified By Experience. We are looking for a qualified Solicitor with solid residential conveyancing experience and the ability to manage a varied caseload from instruction through to post-completion.

The successful candidate should be experienced in handling:

  • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Remortgages
  • Transfers of equity
  • Shared ownership matters
  • Registered and unregistered land
  • General residential conveyancing transactions

Ideally, the candidate will also have experience of progressing new build transactions, including dealing with developers, tight exchange deadlines and lender requirements.

  • Has excellent technical knowledge of residential conveyancing.
  • Can manage their own caseload with minimal supervision.
