Senior Property Manager in Farnborough

Senior Property Manager Salary: Up to £42,000 ( depending on experience). Location: Farnborough Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Property Manager to join our professional team in Farnborough. This role will involve managing a residential property portfolio, maintaining strong landlord and tenant relationships, overseeing maintenance and contractors, and providing day-to-day leadership to a small property management team. Key Responsibilities * Managing a residential property portfolio and overseeing day-to-day property management * Acting as a senior point of contact for landlords, tenants and contractors * Managing maintenance, repairs and contractors from instruction through to completion * Carrying out and overseeing property inspections and ensuring issues are addressed promptly * Managing escalated landlord and tenant queries professionally and effectively * Maintaining accurate property records and ensuring compliance requirements are met * Managing and supporting a small property management team * Allocating workloads and monitoring team performance and outstanding tasks * Providing guidance, mentoring and support to team members * Assisting with training and development and acting as the first point of escalation for complex matters * Identifying and implementing improvements to processes, service standards and team efficiency * Supporting the wider management team with operational priorities About You * Previous experience in property management or residential lettings * Experience supervising or managing a small team * Strong organisational, administration and communication skills * Excellent landlord, tenant and contractor relationship-management skills * The ability to manage multiple priorities and work proactively * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail * A professional, approachable and confident manner * Good knowledge of property maintenance processes * Knowledge of Fixflo or similar software is desirable * A full UK driving licence is desirable The Opportunity This role is ideal for an experienced Property Manager looking to take the next step in their career, with responsibility for both portfolio management and team leadership.
