Location: Farnborough

Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm

We are looking for an organised, proactive and personable Property Manager to join a friendly and professional team based in Farnborough. This is a great opportunity for someone with property management experience who enjoys working with landlords, tenants and contractors, and who takes pride in providing an excellent level of service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing day-to-day property management activities across a portfolio of properties
  • Acting as a key point of contact for landlords and tenants
  • Responding to and managing routine maintenance requests
  • Liaising with contractors to arrange repairs and ensure work is completed efficiently
  • Carrying out routine property inspections and reporting any issues
  • Coordinating maintenance and following up on outstanding works
  • Maintaining accurate property records and completing general administration
  • Communicating effectively with landlords, tenants and contractors
  • Ensuring issues are dealt with promptly and professionally

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has previous property management or lettings experience
  • Has excellent organisational and administration skills
  • Is confident communicating with landlords, tenants and contractors
  • Is proactive and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Has a good eye for detail
  • Is professional, approachable and able to build strong working relationships
  • Has knowledge of Fixflo or similar property maintenance software (desirable)
