Our client based in Farnborough are looking for a strong Administrator to join their friendly team. This is a 3 month temp role with the potential to be extended. The hours are full time (flexibility required around event days) and hybrid working is available - two days at home. You will be supporting the planning, coordination, and delivery of events by managing logistics, administration, and operational tasks.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced environment, is a confident communicator and is highly organised with good attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Event Logistics & Coordination
  • Support the planning and execution of international event logistics
  • Coordinate supplier bookings, deliveries, and on‑site requirements.
  • Liaise with external suppliers
  • Prepare event materials such as schedules, equipment lists etc.
  • Administrative Support
    • Maintain event documentation, databases, and shared folders.
    • Track budgets, invoices, and purchase orders, ensuring timely processing.
    • Manage event registrations, guest lists, and attendee communications.
  • On‑Site Event Support
    • Provide hands‑on support during event setup, delivery, and breakdown.
    • Act as a point of contact for suppliers, staff, and attendees.
    • Troubleshoot issues quickly and professionally to ensure smooth event operations.
