Senior Account Manager
Location: Farnborough
Salary: £40,000–£45,000 Are you an experienced Senior Account Manager looking to take the next step in your career with a fast-paced and innovative marketing agency? Our client is looking for a confident and commercially minded Senior Account Manager to lead key client accounts, develop strategic marketing initiatives and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality, integrated campaigns. This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative agency where you will play a key role in client success, business development and mentoring junior team members. The Role As the Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of strategic client accounts, acting as a trusted advisor while working closely with internal creative, digital, production and strategy teams. You will oversee projects from concept through to delivery, ensuring campaigns are completed on time, within budget and to the highest standard. Alongside client management, you will identify opportunities to grow existing accounts, support new business initiatives and contribute to developing best practices across the agency. Key Responsibilities * Lead and manage key client accounts, building strong, long-term relationships with senior stakeholders. * Develop account strategies aligned with client objectives and business growth. * Plan, coordinate and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels. * Manage projects from brief through to completion, ensuring deadlines, budgets and quality standards are met. * Collaborate with creative, digital, production and strategy teams to deliver exceptional campaign results. * Provide strategic advice and recommendations, demonstrating a strong understanding of the agency's services. * Manage account budgets, project resources and profitability. * Lead client meetings, presentations, workshops and strategic planning sessions. * Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and contribute to new business development. * Mentor and support Account Managers and junior team members, encouraging collaboration and professional development. * Ensure the highest standards of client service and campaign delivery are maintained. About You * A minimum of five years' experience within a marketing, creative, communications or integrated agency environment. * Proven experience managing high-value client accounts and delivering complex, multi-channel marketing campaigns. * Strong strategic thinking with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. * Outstanding communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills. * Experience managing budgets, project resources and cross-functional teams. * Commercially aware with the ability to identify opportunities for account growth and business development. * A collaborative leader with experience coaching and mentoring colleagues. * Highly organised, proactive and able to thrive in a fast-paced agency environment. * Passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences and maintaining high standards of work
