Job Description Property Manager Salary: £30,000 per annum Location: Farnborough Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm We are looking for an organised, proactive and personable Property Manager to join a friendly and professional team based in Farnborough. This is a great opportunity for someone with property management experience who enjoys working with landlords, tenants and contractors, and who takes pride in providing an excellent level of service. Key Responsibilities Managing day-to-day property management activities across a portfolio of properties Acting as a key point of contact for landlords and tenants Responding to and managing routine maintenance requests Liaising with contractors to arrange repairs and ensure work is completed efficiently Carrying out routine property inspections and reporting any issues Coordinating maintenance and following up on outstanding works Maintaining accurate property records and completing general administration Communicating effectively with landlords, tenants and contractors Ensuring issues are dealt with promptly and professionally About You We’re looking for someone who: Has previous property management or lettings experience Has excellent organisational and administration skills Is confident communicating with landlords, tenants and contractors Is proactive and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities Has a good eye for detail Is professional, approachable and able to build strong working relationships Has knowledge of Fixflo or similar property maintenance software (desirable) If you're an experienced Property Manager looking for your next opportunity in the Farnborough area, we'd love to hear from you.
