Our client is looking to recruit Customer Service Agents for their exciting new campaign. This is an ongoing temporary role, working from home, full time.
Daily Duties
- Managing the relationship and briefing requirements
- Answering email and calls in a timely and efficient manner
- Working with colleagues to run successful campaigns
- To manipulate data and present data results to the clients in the required format
- To liaise with customers as part of the project co-ordination processes
- Ability to use own initiative and apply common sense to all work situations
