About the Role: As part of a growing Customer Experience team, you’ll support one of our largest partner accounts by: Managing a dedicated support email queue Providing tailored technical assistance, on behalf of a partner Using screen-sharing tools to troubleshoot and understand customer setups Processing service and product upgrades Ensuring every customer receives VIP-level support Collaborating with the Product Team by sharing valuable customer feedback What We’re Looking For: A confident communicator with a passion for tech A quick learner with a can-do attitude Someone who’s ready to work hard and grow fast No prior experience necessary — just bring your curiosity and drive!
