My client is looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their enthusiastic, hard working and vibrant office in Farnborough. There is no experience needed for this role but if you have previously worked in an office then it’s a bonus. Full training will be given and there is a clear progression path for candidates. You will be booking in courses and tests and helping customers through the training process.
Daily Duties:
- Managing booking process for our candidates.
- Guiding them through the process.
- Being first point of contact for queries and updates.
- Helping to build brand reputation through customer care and review requests.
- Supporting sales team with operational needs.
- Offer customers relevant products to purchase.
