Contract Support Administrator

£24,500 – £27,000
My client is hiring for a full time administrator to work along side their team in an ever growing office environment. They are looking for a strong individual to take on this role with the opportunity for career progression.
Tasks will include:
Perform various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office
Maintain and update records and databases
Process and schedule yearly contracts
Schedule reactive call outs & remedial works
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including phone calls & emails
Schedule appointments and meetings, and manage calendars for engineers and surveyors
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
Assist with data entry and data management
Provide general clerical support to staff members
Required Skills:
Strong organisational skills to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities
Proficient in data entry and record keeping
Experience using Microsoft office
Ability to use computerised systems for document management and communication (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
Professional phone etiquette and communication skills
