We’re looking for ambitious and confident Sales Executives to handle warm inbound enquiries and guide customers through selecting the right health, life or income protection insurance. This is a fully phone-based, consultative sales role with no cold calling.
What You’ll Do
- Speak with customers who have requested quotes online
- Complete fact-finds and understand needs, budgets and medical history
- Use a market-leading quoting system to compare policies
- Recommend suitable insurance products
- Work towards achievable KPIs (quality, referrals, cancellations)
Salary & Commission
- £35,000 basic salary
- Uncapped commission – realistic £50k–£70k OTE
- Top earners £100k+
- Quarterly percentage increases based on performance (15% → 25% → 30%)
Hours
- Six-week rotating shift pattern
- Early shifts (typically starting 8:00–9:30)
- Mid shifts (typically starting 9:30–11:30)
- Late shifts (typically finishing 6pm–8pm)
- Two half-days included in every rotation
- One Saturday every six weeks (09:00–13:00)
- No Sundays
- Bank holidays worked on a rota with time off in lieu
