An opportunity has arisen to join a growing organisation as a Channel Manager. This is an exciting time to join the business with its ambitious expansion plans. You will be part of a busy Sales team, with a key objective of developing and building long-term partner relationships.
The Channel Manager will work within an existing partner base to develop new business, prepare proposals and quotations, and negotiate and win contracts.
Responsibilities
- Respond efficiently to enquiries for telecoms services, providing appropriate information about products and services
- Contact existing partners to understand and quantify their requirements and budgets, and promote the benefits of additional products
- Maintain up-to-date records of all partner interactions within the CRM system
- Develop and build long-term relationships with partners
- Maintain strong knowledge of product characteristics, strengths and weaknesses, as well as relevant competitors and suppliers
- Develop a good understanding of the telecommunications market, including demand, competition and pricing
Skills & Experience
- 4+ years’ experience in a sales-related role
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office, CRM systems and database management
- Excellent communication, customer service, interpersonal and written skills
- Ability to communicate USPs clearly, with strong presentation skills
- Highly organised with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Self-motivated and adaptable, able to work with minimal supervision
