We are working alongside a growing and client-focused conveyancing business committed to delivering a seamless, 5-star experience. We’re now looking for a proactive and organised Legal Administrator to support our finance processes and client onboarding. If you enjoy variety, responsibility, and working in a fast-paced environment, this role offers an excellent opportunity to develop within the property legal sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Support finance operations, including drafting financial statements, preparing bank payments, and reconciling accounts.
- Assist with client onboarding tasks such as ID/AML checks, source of funds verification, and gathering contract information.
- Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers, and solicitors to ensure smooth and timely progress on all matters.
- Provide accurate estimates for conveyancing work to prospective clients.
- Maintain well-organised and compliant transaction records in line with regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to our 5-star client service by supporting colleagues and ensuring a positive client experience.
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong IT skills, ideally with experience using conveyancing software and Microsoft Office.
- Outstanding organisational abilities and confidence managing multiple cases at once.
- Strong time-management skills and the ability to prioritise effectively.
- A basic understanding of conveyancing or property transaction processes (desirable).
