We’re now looking for a proactive and organised Business Administrator to support our finance processes and client onboarding. Key Responsibilities

  • Support finance operations, including drafting financial statements, preparing bank payments, and reconciling accounts.
  • Assist with client onboarding tasks such as ID/AML checks, source of funds verification, and gathering contract information.
  • Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers, and solicitors to ensure smooth and timely progress on all matters.
  • Provide accurate estimates for conveyancing work to prospective clients.
  • Maintain well-organised and compliant transaction records in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to our 5-star client service by supporting colleagues and ensuring a positive client experience.
