Do you want to get into Recruitment? We are currently looking to recruit for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our expanding team in Camberley. We are looking for candidates who have got a confident telephone manner and enjoy building strong relationships over the phone. This role will be a busy and varied role where you will be supporting a team of Consultants and assisting them with their daily workload. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying top talent. You’ll play a key role in building candidate pipelines, managing job boards, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities- Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and social media
- Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate pre-screening calls
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future vacancies
- Post and manage job advertisements across multiple platforms
- Engage passive candidates and promote roles effectively
- Support recruiters with interview scheduling and coordination
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience at all stages
- Previous experience in recruitment, resourcing, or talent acquisition (preferred but not essential)
- Strong research and sourcing skills
- Confident communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- A proactive, can-do attitude with a genuine interest in people
