We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding team in Camberley. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, building strong client relationships, and delivering high-quality candidates across a range of roles. This position suits a driven, commercially aware individual with a proven track record in recruitment and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial client brief through to candidate placement
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Proactively source, screen, and interview candidates using a variety of methods
- Write and post compelling job advertisements to attract top talent
- Provide consultative advice to clients on hiring strategies, market trends, and salary benchmarking
- Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process
- Meet and exceed individual and team revenue targets
- Maintain accurate records using CRM and recruitment systems
- Stay up to date with industry trends and talent market insights
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or in a similar role
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles and clients simultaneously
- Strong business development and client management skills
