Our client, a growing and well-established organisation within the technology sector, is seeking a proactive and organised Sales Operations Executive to support its Sales & Marketing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in sales support, sales administration, or sales operations who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Sales team, including managing enquiries and shared inboxes.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, pricing requests, and tender documentation.
- Support order processing and liaise with internal departments to resolve issues.
- Maintain pricing information, sales records, and CRM data.
- Act as a key CRM user, supporting reporting, data accuracy, user queries, and system improvements.
- Produce sales reports, forecasts, and management information.
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and team activities.
- Support onboarding, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure customer and company data is managed in line with GDPR requirements.
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in Sales Administration, Sales Support, Sales Operations, or a similar role.
- Experience using CRM systems and maintaining accurate customer data.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Professional, customer-focused, and team-oriented approach.

- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
