Our client based in Wokingham are looking for a French/English Speaking Customer Service Agent to join their team. This is an ongoing temporary role working from home and paying a salary of Β£13ph. This is a full time position working the hours of Mon-Fri, 8am - 5pm. Please note as this is a temporary role you must be available to start immediately.
Main Duties
- Productivity levels such as call answer rates, targets and workstation attendance
- Data capture accuracy
- Inbound and Outbound calls relating to the product
