Our client is looking to recruit Bilingual Dutch/English Speaking Customer Service Agents for their exciting new campaign. This is an ongoing temporary role, working from home, full time.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the relationship and briefing requirements
- Answering email and calls in a timely and efficient manner
- Working with colleagues to run successful campaigns
- To manipulate data and present data results to the clients in the required format
