We’re looking for a highly organised and reliable Stock Administrator to join a busy commercial operation. This is a key administrative role supporting stock control, goods in/out processing, and internal order movements to ensure the smooth running of warehouse and distribution activities. You’ll be responsible for accurate data entry, stock documentation, and communication across departments including sales, warehouse, and purchasing.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately process stock pick notes for customer and branch transfer orders using ERP stock control systems
- Input supplier delivery notes and purchase orders, ensuring correct weights and measurements are recorded
- Update internal stock location changes across warehouses, customers, and branches
- Produce and issue delivery notes for outgoing goods
- Distribute and communicate stock paperwork to internal teams
- Record and maintain transport manifests for local, national, and third-party deliveries
- Respond to stock-related queries via phone, email, and face-to-face communication
- Support stock returns to suppliers
- Scan and file supplier documentation and material certificates
- Assist with general stock administration and ad hoc duties as required

Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in stock administration, goods in/out, or warehouse admin
- Familiar with ERP/MRP systems (highly desirable)
- Basic to intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience using document scanners and electronic filing systems
- GCSE/NVQ (or equivalent) in Maths and English preferred
