A leading UK online retail group is undergoing significant growth and brand transformation and is seeking a proactive, creative, and organised Marketing Manager. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing multi-channel campaigns end-to-end, collaborating cross-functionally, and contributing to major brand development initiatives. You will play a key part in shaping and executing integrated marketing activity that drives awareness, customer growth, and revenue. Working closely with the Head of Marketing and wider teams, you’ll oversee campaign planning, delivery, and performance across multiple digital and brand channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Development & Delivery: Plan, project manage, and deliver integrated marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives. Manage timelines, milestones, and workflows using tools such as Asana and Slack. Ensure messaging and campaign execution remain consistent and on-brand.
- Asset Production & Deployment: Manage the end-to-end briefing process for creative assets and campaign copy. Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure timely delivery. Coordinate deployment across all marketing channels. Oversee planning and delivery of in-delivery customer communications.
- Campaign Management & Evaluation: Monitor and report on campaign performance across channels. Track key KPIs including ROAS, engagement, and code usage. Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve future campaigns.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the E-commerce Manager to ensure campaign alignment across customer touchpoints. Support the Senior Marketing Manager with campaign build, email briefs, content uploads, photoshoots, and wider execution tasks. Work with internal teams and external partners to maximise reach and impact.
