Apprentice Customer Service Executive Β£18,250 Blackwater Full time, Permanent β Hybrid Monday β Friday: 08:30am β 5:30pm, Fridays 5pm finish (flexibility to start earlier or finish later) A leading Mortgage and Protection Brokerage is offering an Apprenticeship in a Customer Service Executive role, you will achieve an NVQ certification and studying 1 day a week a Farnborough College and 1 day work from home. You will work on the job, learning and developing skills to work independently and as part of the team to build and develop working relationships with members of the team in order to increase business levels and retained profit in line with agreed targets. Responsibilities Contact and manage potential clients through various channels, including our existing CRM systems and other as required Contact and qualify leads through phone calls, emails and other communication methods Update a database of leads and prospects for future reference Collaborate with sales to assist with effective lead generation Provide exceptional customer service to clients Manage and prioritise multiple tasks and projects to meet deadlines Ability to work across other business departments and assist with other tasks as required Experience Able to demonstrate excel, word, and outlook skills Positive βcan doβ attitude Ability to work under high pressure Ability and desire to learn Good telephone sales skills, and managing performance targets.
